It is important to us that each event and menu are as unique as you and your guests! We create custom menus for each event within your budget, desires & dietary restrictions in mind. Of course, we also have our trusted arsenal of crowd pleasing go-to menus that we can share as well. From the southwest and want a full farm to table menu? We're on it. From Philly and want cheesesteaks? No problem! From New York, and need those famous bagels for brunch? We've got a hookup. Our approach to food programming extends far beyond our walls. We seek to influence others through our actions. Harvest schedules are released in February, menu planning begins in March.

The Stakeout operates a gluten free kitchen and vegan options are available. The Stakeout does not offer tastings, but invites our couples to our Sunday dinner service for a complimentary meal (please inquire).

Traditionally event venues have not been able to brag the same levels of complexity and sophistication as cocktail bars . We don't agree! We love carefully crafted cocktails, perfectly paired wines and beer made by a guy with a giant beard and a hearty laugh. Our beverage program is inspired by the historical period when cocktails grew out of locally sourced herbs, seasonal tinctures, medicine and home remedies.
