This holiday season, The Stakeout is pleased to offer half smoked turkeys for takeout to help ease the stress of cooking for your gatherings. Our turkeys are expertly prepared using the spatchcock method, which promotes even cooking and allows for maximum flavor infusion. We smoke the turkeys low and slow, utilizing wood from local fruit trees. Each turkey is dry-brined with a blend of locally harvested juniper, rose hips, sage, rosemary, and thyme, ensuring a deeply flavored, juicy Stakeout turkey. Purchase your turkey now and then pick it warm up at The Stakeout on November 28, anytime between 10-2p. We will also include reheating instructions if you’re eating later in the day.
