The Stakeout kicked off its Sunday dinner series this past Sunday with Chef Kevin Sousa serving up what many customers praised as “the best brisket I’ve had.” Guests made it a point to stop by the kitchen window to give their compliments to the chef for his cooked-to-perfection collard greens, creamy mac & cheese, and hearty Old Gem Farm beans.
For anyone who missed out on the food before the kitchen sold out by 7:30pm, you’ll have a chance again this Sunday. The $25 plate of smoked brisket or smoked tofu, baked mac & cheese, collard greens, cornbread (all sides are gluten-free and vegan-friendly) will be available starting at 4pm, while supplies last.
Or just come relax on our hang-worthy patio! The Stakeout’s bar is open til 10p and offers specialty cocktails, local beers, boutique wines, and spirit-free beverages to enjoy along with a spectacular sunset view.
