We have a full brood of Nebraskan songwriters makin’ their way The Stakeout! Sean Pratt, Mike Schlesinger, and Tom Bartolomei are on tour together and will play from 4-7p on Sunday, July 21.
SEAN PRATT
Sean Pratt is an American folk guitar player/singer-songwriter from Nebraska by way of the Dakotas. Deeply rooted in the songs of Townes Van Zandt, Hank Williams, Gene Clark, Alex Chilton and Leonard Cohen, Pratt paints his perspective of life on the Great Plains. For this string of shows, Pratt will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Megan Siebe (Cursive, Simon Joyner) on fiddle.
TOM BARTOLOMEI
Tom Bartolomei is a Heartland folk singer and songwriter from Omaha, Nebraska. His songs center around fingerstyle playing and are heavily inspired by songsmiths such as Blaze Foley, Guy Clark, and Jackson C. Frank. Hitting on tropes of heartbreak, loss, the open road, and moving on; these songs are for the lost and longing.
MIKE SCHLESINGER
Mike Schlesinger is a singer-songwriter from Omaha, Nebraska, with roots in Colorado and New Mexico. He teaches high school history at his day job and his life has been a series of mishaps, which recently resulted in him pouring hot coffee into his lap while wearing basketball shorts.
